1.2 The LILBiteZ website presents an option to sign up for our email based newsletter, collecting only a contact name and email address for interested customers. 1.3 The LILBiteZ mobile application requires customers to create an account. We collect only contact name and details plus delivery address, data required to provide our service. This data is held by LILBiteZ purely for the purposes of food ordering and delivery and is never provided to third parties.

1.3.1 The LILBiteZ mobile application tracks progress through an order via internal auditing, which allows us to identify the source of a problem should one arise. Tracking data is restricted to app usage, is not kept indefinitely, is held entirely by LILBiteZ and contains no personal identifying information or payment details.

1.4 The LILBiteZ mobile application allows payment through a variety of methods, all of which are processed through the STRIPE platform. LILBiteZ does not store your specific payment details. You can find more details of the STRIPE platform End User terms and conditions here

1.5 The LILBiteZ mobile application holds data based on your consent, which is given by accepting the application terms and conditions upon account creation. You may request the removal of your personal contact data from our systems at any time by sending an email to info@lilbitez.com. Your account will be deactivated, and a confirmation email sent by return, after which no further unsolicited contact will be received from ourselves.

1.6 Your data protection rights allow you to request a copy of any data associated with your newsletter or mobile application account, held on our systems, by sending an email to info@lilbitez.com
